1. How do I shop using PayPal? Is it really free to send money? PayPal works like this: you Sign Up for a PayPal Account and then choose a Credit or Debit card to pay. Using PayPal's Secure Server, you then pay for your Goods. PayPal then debit your card in exactly the same way as if you'd gone into a regular store and bought something - there are NO COSTS for sending money using PayPal!!

2. I'm outside the USA, but your prices are in US Dollars - how do I buy? Although all prices on this site are in US Dollars, you can still use PayPal and shop with us. PayPal will debit your Credit or Debit card in the usual way, just as if you'd used it in a store in your home town! Your Credit/Debit card Company will do the currency conversion for you when the transaction appears on your Credit card or Debit card Statement.

If you send an International Money Order, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 to cover our Bank charges.

3. I'm not an existing PayPal customer. Can I still go Shopping right now? You don't have to Sign Up with PayPal before going Shopping. Choose the items you wish to buy and then when you go to Checkout, PayPal will take you through the Sign Up process and take payment for your Shopping at the same time.

4. How does the Add To Cart work? When you see an Item you want to buy, Click on the 'Add to Cart' button. This will add 'one' of the item to your Cart.

5. How do I View the contents of my Cart? You can view the contents of your Cart at any time, buy Clicking on the 'View Cart' button on any page.

6. How do I remove an item from the Cart? To Remove an item, Click the 'View Cart' button at the bottom of the page and then simply Click in the checkbox below the 'Remove' option next to the Item you want to delete. Then Click on the 'Update Cart' button. The Item will have been taken out of your Shopping Cart.

I want to add more than '1' of an Item in the Cart To add more than '1' of an Item to the Cart, either Click on the button beneath the Item again (which will add another to your Cart) or change the quantity in the 'Qty' box to the number you require. Please note: We may not have more than one item in Stock and reserve the right to supply only one, or cancel your Order depending on Stock levels.

8.I was in the middle of Shopping and my computer crashed/I was cut-off. Will my Shopping still be in the Cart? Before you go Shopping again, Click on the 'View Cart' button at the bottom of the page to see if your items are still there. If your items are missing from the Cart, please add them again - you can always check what you have Ordered in the Checkout stage at PayPal.

9. What are your shipping costs? Shipping Costs are based on the value of your Order as follows:-

However, should you have special shipping needs such as UPS Next Business Day Air Shipping there is an additional $10.00 charge for the continental US, and a charge of $20.00 to Alaska and Hawaii.

10. Can you ship to multiple addresses? Delivery to additional addresses is only $5.95 per address

11. How will I know you have received my Order? You will receive a receipt from PayPal detailing your Order and will receive a further email from us to Confirm your order.

13. Do your prices include Sales Tax? Massachusetts residents will be charged 5% sales tax on purchases.
